My first drink of the day is some squash to quench my thirst, then half of a pre workout/recovery drink, then water with electrolytes whilst running, then the other half of my pre workout/recovery drink.... and then a lovely cup of white coffee no sugar with my breakfast.

Coffee - double espresso every morning to start the day, then I don’t have another coffee all day.

Tea - only used to drink tea in the morning if I had a hangover (strong with 4 sugars) but since turning vegan I don’t drink it as soy milk doesn’t make a good brew
