Honestly, pretty down. My MH issues are playing up and I'm finding it tough.
But I'm currently in the bath trying to cheer myself up so here's hoping it helps. |

Feeling rather meh.
Niggly headache, and achey back.
Still horny and sexually frustrated as always but really wishing just for a strong pair of hands to give me an amazing massage. |

Relaxing and taking time out just for you is good. Don't try to cheer yourself up. Just relax and quieten your mind. |

I’ve been sleepy, dopey and grumpy today, now I’m happy, some messages make me bashful so tomorrow I should wake up a Doctor I guess.
Thankfully I’m not sneezy as I have to go shopping later and I hate sneezing in public. I feel like a criminal |

This for me too although a part of me is a teeny bit excited to be going back to Work and I feel a bit guilty about that.

"Down, hard to motivate myself to do much at all. I'm functioning but shouldn't there be more?"
There is always more even if you can't see it.
The cliche is the small things but it can work. Go for a walk and notice things - plants growing in the cracks of pavements, the way a discarded mask has fallen on the ground, go to a cafe and have a coffee/tea and people watch.
Even if your mind is saying no you can still physically do these things. |

"My mood is one of confusion, should I wear a jacket to go out incase it rains or should I not incase it gets sunny. "
I've just walked the dogs. Drizzly but humid. Wore a t-shirt and canvas trainers. Backpack with coat in it just in case it poured.
My feet are soaked but I am warm and didn't need the coat. |

"Honestly? Pretty low. Fed up. Just keep smiling right? "
If you don't want to smile then don't smile. You can't be happy all of the time. Moods dip and rise but don't last forever. Sometimes your mood can start low but rise towards the end of the day. You can write your moods down as they change and you can then see how the low moods don't always last. |

Oh I know, I've been on here a long time.
I'm going to enjoy the happy and excited - if I run out of boing it's only temporary and I'll get through it. |

Work stuff, mostly."
Try to take time out just for you every day. Even if it's only a few minutes here and there. Stretch, really stretch and breathe. |

"feeling guilty for not doing more during covid to sort life out or use the time more productively and tired of accepting getting out of bed or the house each day as a good thing"
You shouldn't feel guilty about not doing something or being more productive. Life isn't always about doing things or moving forward.
But if you are feeling yourself starting to spiral down (not wanting to leave the house or get out of bed) then it might be time to contact your GP. |

Sometimes we just need to accept change. Especially when we have no control over it.
