Actual proper crying was a few years ago now as I was crashing into a breakdown.
Felt tearful over the last few days. I'm not a crier so if I am then it's pretty bad ... |

Sorry to hear you're feeling so down OP, I cried retry much solidly since Friday with severe intrusive thoughts thrown in due to doctors suspecting a serious issue with my son.
I don't ever feel better after crying though. |

A month or 2 ago. I'm really bad for not letting out emotions and after a good few months just breaking down. Last time was not my best moment as I think I cried during lockdown on and off for a few days!
After a good cry though you do feel better I think |

Yeah i am a little bit of a crier..
Don't see it as a weakness. I find it helps to release my emotions. I often feel better for it.
Wanted to cry Saturday as i was suffering really badly with a migrane, but was too physically drained to actually do it.
I'll give hugs to anyone who wants or needs one though.. ive squishy boobs |

Genuinely don't remember it's been so long it's a bit of a worry. I need a good soppy movie to get the waterworks going and get some long overdue catharsis. Recommendations welcome x |

I'm a cryer- usually when I'm alone not in front of others.
I cried yesterday - I think I'm hormonal and money worries are getting on top of me |

I'm feeling tearful for the past couple of months. I don't really feel different afterwards. Unless it's a proper ugly crying, then I have a banging headache for the rest of the day.
I hope you will feel better soon OP |

At bed time last night I tend to be strong and resilient over the big things and cry over silly things? I don't know why that is. I'm a confused person! |

I cry all the time since having kids. I used to be hard as nails couldn’t care less but now no. When things are really tough I tend to cry less as I put a wall around if that makes sense. I actually cried over a man last week though not done that in many many years. Onwards and upwards ..... big hugs xx |

I can get the chin wobbles at most things, I’m just free with my emotions I guess, sometimes things can catch you unawares like a song on the radio or a memory pops in my head, I deal with it, that’s life |

Will have been well over a year ago now, maybe two, but I don't cry very often. I can get upset, sometimes tearful-ish. I don't cry at films or books, even though can sense the emotion, not as if I'm made of stone or anything. |

yesterday. I was angry at myself for being such a mug and questioning my gut 2 years ago.
I cry at loads of stuff, sometimes no facial expression or I don't even feel like I'm crying but the tears just roll. |

I've been really stressed so have cried so much over the past week or so. I've not cried so far today so fingers crossed for a tear free day. I do love a good cry though, always feel a little better afterwards. |

I probably need to cry more because I find it really cathartic, but I have a bit of a block when it comes to crying.
I tend to only cry when I’m furiously angry or when I’m watching certain films. When I’m sad or hurting and really NEED to cry I often find I just can’t and end up bottling it up until I explode. I think I spend too much time trying to keep my emotions in check and in control.
I’m working on that though because I know it’s not particularly healthy. If in doubt I watch Lord of the Rings since it always gets me sobbing!! |

This morning. I've had a terrible time at work recently, my line manager called to make sure I was OK. That's all it took, I sobbed down the phone to her. I can't say I feel any better, it she was an angel and made it clear she's got my back |

"Yesterday... thinking of my 3 little girls my ex has stopped me seeing... my mum got me a picture of us together for my desk "
This really upsets me. Why, unless you’re a danger to them, a parent thinks stopping kids from seeing the estranged parent can ever be justified is beyond me.
So often a new partner comes along or the kids are stopped from seeing the ex because of feelings between you. It’s just wrong. Think of the kids rather than themselves. |

I cry fairly often, it doesn't take a lot to set me off but my last full on crying session was a couple of weeks ago. I don't bother trying to stop it anymore and it does usually make me feel better after, even just for a while. |

About ten mins ago. My anxiety has been up n down since this covid 19 shit. Been suffering from panic attacks and emotional breakdowns.
Had a nice day with my lass yesterday but put my back out today so in lots of pain and missing my mam(been gone 7 years) and to top it off got my uncles funeral on Friday morning. More downs than ups at the minute. Anyone else suffering feel free to message as it really does help to talk to someone. |

I had tears in my eyes when recounting to my daughter the dreadful and heartbreaking story of Rob Burrow the ex rugby league professional who carried his son onto the pitch just before a testimonial arranged for him. He is suffering from motor neurones disease and can hardly talk. I have seen the guy many times on the telly but I just felt sorry for his wife and three kids who will losing their Dad prematurely.
My beautiful daughter did what she always does when I'm feeling the pain of other people. She hugged and kissed me just demonstrating what an absolute beautiful diamond she is. Needless to say she is wonderful human being, wife and mother. |

Yesterday was watching an old Googlebox and the Super Vet had to put down a little Yorkshire Terrier cried for both the owner and the Vet having to make that call. No wonder vets have a high suicide rate, you love animals and yet you have to kill them |
