I never worry if I find someone on here I know.. as they are all on for the same reason.. If it were a work mate or friend I may have a look at any photos.. but family I always just block.
Have about 4 family members on here..

Just a FYI on the "its my business" thing.
Ive read, heard and seen people get removed or forced to quit their career/jobs because of what happened behind closed doors and it was made public.
These people are normal folk like the people on here.
Whilst you may think it is your business, there are those who dont want 'your type' around their workplace. |

one of my daughters teachers inboxed me with a face pic attached..... spat my coffee allover the laptop.... i didnt reply but it did make me blush on parents evening |

In my line of work I have to adhere to a code of conduct that does, in some respects, apply to my personal life too. I doubt it'd go down too well if my manager knew I was on here, but so far haven't seen anyone I know or work with so fingers crossed! |

Had a bit of an 'oops' moment when I realised two guys I met were colleagues...(of each other). Neither worked out who the other was, fortunately, and I wasn't going to tell! |

Have had my profile found by a work colleague...and shown to everyone (when I had face pics in public)! There are only 2 people though that have ever said anything about it to my face...one of the technicians who is also on here and has continually joked about us getting together, and a woman who had a profile with her fella - we now share stories! The guy who outed me deleted his profile after a couple of months of getting nowhere. And I believe the gossip has died down because I never reacted and noone dare ask me if it's true.
I did also used to meet a guy who worked with my Mum...different dept but same place. I know he never said anything, but that could have been interesting x |
