Ok, so you, me, the world and his dog, decide we need to go on strike for more cash, better pension etc.
What happens? Our employers quite rightly stop our pay until we return.
UNLESS OF COURSE YOU ARE A DOCTOR!!
Our NHS trust, amongst many others have decided in their wisdom it is only right to pay those that took action yesterday.
If only we were all that lucky! |

I work in the public sector, Iam not in the union myself but earlier this year my colleagues who are members were told they had to strike and they were deducted a days pay.  |

Nobody union member or not HAS to strike, no matter what the union says, its a personal choice if you do or not |
