I lost my temper and threw my headset down. Except it rebounded up and the bit where the mic joins the headset hit the screen. The screen has a bullseye break
We took it to the local computer repair shop at lunch and it'll cost me £130 to repair. I have to see if work are ok with that from a warranty perspective. I had to work from my iPhone and steal S's laptop and he had to use our ancient desktop. I can't use the desktop from the sofa

We're not big tech purchasers. S plays his PC games on it but we use our company laptops for general use outside work (we're allowed) and we use our phones to Fab...... The desktop is about 5 years old I think, nothing special. Anyway, it was my own fault and I shall learn not to throw my headset down, even if people have fucked up your work while you were recovering from surgery  |

Singers, probably David Bowie, Peter Gabriel, Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull), Jon Anderson, Roger Waters and I like the later mix and pick with Glam, like Mark Bolan or Freddie Mercury
I also like the the influence of classical music and jazz, I am watching the Dutch groups Ekseption (I recommend "the 5th" as a starter) or Focus ("Hocus Pocus" in the live version make you wonder what kind of drugs were available then). Of course we had Jethro Tull in the UK and bands that later moved to pop and glam like Queen, Supertramp, Yes or ELO.
I think that the 1970s were the time when rock went through puberty, decided to grew up and make some money(Glam and AOR), stay in puberty (Punk), never grow up and stay a rebel (Hard rock/Heavy Metal) or take a smoke and a drink and either space out (Prog) or crash out (Blues rock).
