It depends on the type of intelligence and the person in question.
As I’ve said before, connection is key!! Which probably means that they have to be on a level of emotional/intellectual intelligence to stimulate me. X |

I think its often more an energy for me that i pick up on. But also, yeah, they can't be a Neanderthal. My general current knowledge is poor, but I can still apply common sense to any conversation. |

should treat every social as interviewing someone for a job.
if they dress in poor fitting clothes, superdry or some tacky fashion brand they are low quality and as a result will disappoint.
if they cannot have a conversation with you and are constantly looking at their phone you should get up and leave.
they are wasting your time and shows they are shallow, uninteresting and very self centered i.e. narcissistic

I agree with Mrs Cats on this one. I always look for intellectual stimulation of cerebral cortex however, I often find that intellectual prat’s often lack any common sense.... find a happy medium is often difficult. |

For me personally I prefer someone who can have a laugh, talk at length on something that interests them in their life. But above all treats me not as a 'single guy who is out for sex' but someone who is interested in the woman as a whole, who doesn't take themselves too seriously.
Are we not all here to get along first and foremost as adults?

Basic intelligence is a must. The ability to string a sentence together and have emotional intelligence.

Intelligence is a broad term. I don't expect to discuss politics, quantum physics or nuances of Roman history, but i do like to someone who can actually put some effort in conversation .

Male or Female mode I need my brain to be turned on. As others have quite rightly said, there’s different levels of intelligence so just someone who has a good working knowledge of the world, would be fine. I’ll leave the quantum physics for some other time  |

Emotional Intelligence is important and personality. Ultimately, you don't want someone who is super intellectual talking to you about the Battle of Vorenesh in WW2 but also not someone who can't spell their own name. |

I like a conversation on messaging. One that flows and is two-sided. Bit more than just single sentences or a few words.
I generally treat messaging like letter writing and a decent turn of phrase or artful comment can be as much a turn on as actual sexual stuff.
As others have said intrigue my mind and you will excite my mind and in turn my body.
There are different forms of intelligence from pure intellect to emotional intelligence. And maturity comes into it for me as well (no matter how old you actually are). |

Intelligence can be subjective , We need interesting conversation and like sharp switched on people but they don’t have to be super brainy, often find academics or people who cain to be intelligent can be quite dull and slow. Quite like geeks they , they are sweet |
