Ah streuth..be another 6 days of restlesness and at times crazyness..emotions up and down along with energy...tis the moon!! Have always reacted to it, when younger Id be hyper as fook. With my ex we had blackout curtains up but made no difference

And yeah I know some will say codswallop, no evidence but absence of evidence is not evidence of abscence. Nurses I know on a secure dementia ward and in a mental care place both say they know when the fill moon occurs by the patients. So who else is on this time of the their month?
