And have you ever sold anything you have done?

I’m thinking of doing some prints for my work and wondering if anyone has had any experience of this?

P.s. I know this is a dating/sex forum but it’s interesting to see what others are into.

East Hull

I've done a few acrylics on canvass, but only for myself, I'm not good enough to even consider giving them away never mind selling.

Also painted my living room wall 'Mondrian' style.

Used to do a lot of waterpainting of still life. Gave up the brushes to focus on career and never picked up again

Yeah I have started to fall back in love with oil, it’s just the drying time that gets me. You can leave stuff to dry for weeks before you can touch it again to work another layer into it.

I'm a tattooer, obviously couldn't tattoo over lockdown so started painting to make some pennies.

I've always painted for pleasure and sold a few pieces when I was younger but only just getting back into it lately and loving it!

Ooohhh yes!!!

Create some basic flash sheets, but yourself a basic but decent kit and practice your flash designs on some fruit, then put skin, then yourself once you're confident enough.

Do LOADS of research! Make sure you know how all the equipment works before you use it...

Once you have the basics down you can concentrate on developing ypur own style and improving your techniques (which is where I'm at now)

Tattooing is fuck all like drawing tho...be prepared to be shit at it at first

We both tattoo and our inbox is wide open if you have any questions

Oh....and never call it a gun...its a machine (boils my piss when people call it a tattoo gun)

A cheap basic coil machine is fine to start with...i think my kit was about 70 quid and came with 4 lol

Start with a coil machine! I Learnt with Js rotary machines before I got my own equipment and now I find coil machines a bit too heavy and uncomfortable.

Anytime

I heard with tattoos you can get those practice matts too that are supposed to act like human flesh, so you get used to using the tattoo machine.

The synthetic skin is shit! It's nothing like skin...just a piece of floppy rubber shite

Citrus fruits/bananas are great for practice and the closest thing to human skin to practice on is pigs skin...but get that from the butcher, not still oinking from the local pig farmer

Naked coffee house near you - Wiltshire - Swindon

i'm not into painting and drawing as such, but decided to learn photoshop during lock down to add a string to my photography bow so to speak.

One of the popular things I have done over the last few month for people is making images look like a water colour drawings electronically, some of them can look fantastic given the right image to do. There are a few examples on my profile. Give me shout if you fancy having one done, no catches, just like doing it.
