Recently my job has required me to spend longer times sitting at my desk rather then being active which is the norm for me. After a while I'm starting to experience what can only be described as a numb bum which while not altogether unpleasant it can be a tad annoying. Getting up and walking around isn't ideal as I need to concentrate on what I'm doing so any ideas on how to combat this? |

"Do bum cheek exercises
Tilt and lift the right
Tilt and lift the left "
If the OP does that he may well get accused of letting off silent farts!!!
That's what happens to me when I rock from side to side on my chair at work,

Is that because you're letting off silent farts though?
There should be no smell using my method |
