I love my mum but I'd really struggle to move back in now. It was hard after living away for 4 years for uni to have to move back in. It was such a relief when I managed to afford to move out again. It was a struggle starting from scratch furniture wise and I didn't have a sofa for a few months but it was worth it. |

Nah
I moved out at 17, my sister moved out at 16. My brother is autistic, he’s 22 and still lives at home, and I don’t think he’ll ever move out. My other sister is 13 so still lives at home |

We have our 18yo at home for another couple of weeks, then he's moving out for uni. He hasn't been the greatest help recently, but he has his reasons. He made dinner for us all last night and he has never baulked at helping me in my post op state. He helps with his little sister (3), picks her up from nursery, takes her to the park, helps me do her bedtime routine etc if S is away, because I can't lift her etc. So, although I'd like him to keep his room tidier and help with the housework/garden, I'll stick with what I've got. |

Eldest about to turn 19 & living at home through uni (saving his student loan money for a house deposit!!)
He deep-cleaned his bedroom yesterday which was a total shock to the system - I’m sure he had creatures living in there with him!! Amazing what getting a girlfriend can do!! He’s been great with doing the shopping during lockdown & does do the washing if I sort into piles. He just needs telling/asking to get things done
