Its all a matter of perspective, which in its self is subjective.
You can't put a specific thing for anyone but yourself. What's Nasty for you, maybe vanilla for others! A Priest thinks masturbation is nasty but, the younger denominations are perfectly fine!!!

For me, vanilla is just everyday sex without add-ons... toys, bondage, other people, etc. No anal.
But, all sex is good sex if it’s with the right person. There’s a time and a place for everything, the best thing to do it mix it up a bit so it’s never boring or predictable.

I’ve never thought of sex as being dirty, filthy, or naughty. That’s a Carry-On, oo-er, 1950’s mindset, isn’t it? Enjoying exciting and varied sex should be seen as normal and healthy, not as rude naughtiness.
