So my best friend has just received the delightful news that she’s going to be a grandma.
I asked her what name she wants? Granny, grandma, nan? she’s settled for simply ‘G’ - she’s only 40 (I don’t think Granny is too appealing)
If you’re happy to share, what’s your title? Does anyone have anything totally way out Like ‘she-ra’ or ‘grotbags’?
I love it all!! Can’t wait for when my day comes! |

Love it!! My friend at work Is RaRa (like the skirt) as the eldest always had his dummy in and that’s what it sounded like. 5 grandchildren later and it stuck |

I’m dreading the day I’m far too young to think of it but technically it could happen. I’ve told the offspring he’s not allowed for at least another 10 years |

"My kids call my Dad ‘Bumper’ as they couldn’t say grandpa when they were young and it stuck.
I’m not a grandparent yet but I quite like that. "
That’s a great name.
‘G’. Oh no. Please. But hey. Everyone has the right to chose and who are we to say no. |

I became a grandmother at 39, because my mum is known as granny my daughter decided I'd be called nan, as my three grandchildren have gotten older they call me nanny & my mum gets called GG (short for great gran) |
