Sadly I've been awake a while. Couldn't sleep last night so been wide awake since 4am. Going to be a long day!"
That used to be my standard wake up time before lockdown and it will be again soon once I'm back to my proper job. |

Oh its not a luxury..its a struggle as the height of summer it means on the odd day off Im awake and up by 3.30am..unless I lay in til after 4 lolol |
