Curious to know how hygienic anal sex is? Is there a deep clean involved? e.g. An enema inserted to flush out the area, or a soap covered dildo used? Never done it, or likely to.  Just curious. I've heard people say their condoms have broken sometimes due to the tight squeeze. Is there a deep clean involved? People over the internet seem to be quite eager to lick it.  |

Obviously it depends on the people involved. This is a question the general forum can't answer as it's up to the persons involved. However a soap covered dildo seems like a terrible idea |

It’s simple really op - if you’re squeamish - don’t do it!
No matter how much you douche, clean it out there can still be little accidents - sometimes very messy ones.
I love anal - and when I’m in the moment I don’t obsess about a tiny bit of poo. |

I heard there's a special attachment you can use to clean yourself at the car wash. Just don't use maximum water pressure or you'll shoot off into the sky like a bottle rocket. |

The human body is full of harmony with microbes that live on and inside of us. Our digestive system is especially saturated with other organisms that give us good gut health. People do get faecal implants, when they have impaired gut balance. The strength of these systems is conductive to much more of our health than just our digestion though.
We're not and never will be just human. Obsessed with gut cleanliness led many to promote aggressive enema regimes that can cause many problems. Just simple enemas can be an issue, especially if too frequent. How clean are we? We're not sterile entities. You'd expect ample cleaning, after bowel emptying, before anal sex. Get rimming and check things out beforehand. Keep your gut biome healthy though  |
