They have live audiences on Pointless at least some of the time - my sister went to one. I still prefer The Chase though

The BBC claim never to use prerecorded audience reactions.

I'm sure ITV do (although I don't know about The Chase) because there's no way anybody wlaugh that much at an ITV sitcom.
