Makes your life damn miserable,woke to.streaming sore,itchy half closed eyes,blocked nose n sneezing.....joy...  not the best look to greet my clients when i finally go to work...sunglasses at the ready  |

You can indeed. I get it from an independent chemist and it costs me £2.99 for 30 tabs. I also use beconase nasal spray and the 2 combined keeps me feeling human all year  |

You can also get them from Asda a two week supply costs a £1
I take them everyday on the run up to the hay fever season and by the height of the season I'm not to bad

What are they like for drowsyness? I've been asleep most of this week taking what I do to try and relieve the symptons of hayfever; even fell asleep on the train back from a meet in London on Monday and woke in Bedford  |

There are two kinds they do at Asda and one of them are the non drowsy kind
and do make sure you get the right ones as the others are stop you getting hay fever as your asleep |

Ceterizine is generally non-drowsy, but everyone reacts differently to medication, so even if most of us don't, then some may be affected.
It definitely pays to shop around for these, as they can be got very cheaply, especially via the net, and some shops, especially if on a deal. They're over the counter, or via prescription, but - depending on how many you get - could be cheaper than a prescription cost, as listed above.
I had hypnosis for hayfever, and got incredible results, and occasionally use Ceterizine for some allergies. I'm guessing that acupuncture and other complementary treatments may be good too. |
