I always find that making sure I don’t stay at home for the day a good trick to staying awake. If I’m at home, I’m tempted to curl up and drift off for the day. |

If you got no work then have a nap later. Won't hurt. Avoid energy drinks at all cost. So bad for you. Never drink coffee after 18.00 and drink lots of water during the day. Don't use your phone for half an hour before sleep. If I can't sleep I put Mike Oldfield Tubular Bells 2 on quietly in the background. My mum used to play it too me when I was a child to help me sleep sonsub consciously that's my sleepy album.
Ask your mum/dad if there was anything they did when you was a child to make you fall asleep. I know you're an adult now but your is programmed as a child. It will work. Obviously if it was putting you in a baby seat and taking you for a drive, that may not work... but if your mum is willing to try that then go for it. ![](/icons/s/wink.gif) |
