Obviously totally inappropriate if it's being done openly. I mean discreetly with a partner, friend under a towel, behind a windbreak, under an umbrella. Not standing in full view in the middle of the beach!! Come on guy's, there maybe some weirdo's out there but I'm certainly not one of them. |

If their is even a chance of children of being around and on a beach that is highly likely it doesn't matter how discreet you think are being, it is not appropriate. |

Not on a crowded beach, I agree with the comments about consent from everyone.
But if you mean in a very public place, then yes, The Dunes at Maspalomas, Gran Canaria. Banged my missus a few times with at least 20 or so people watching us on the one occasion.
