If u was on a train or anywhere in public with a group of adults and u saw a man wanking or flashing or a woman for that matter would u let em get on with as causing no harm or would u report it |

Report for definite. Apart from the fact, people shouldn't be subjected to that sort of thing if not consenting to it, children could see and also, it's illegal. |

It should be reported.
The people who do things like this are usually repeat offenders who behave inappropriately or commit other crimes.
To think the behaviour is doing no harm is naive at best, it can cause great distress to innocent m_mbers of the public. |

Id be having a not so quiet word depending on who was around, if it was kids then it would be quiet but they would know they've got seconds before its going to hurt.

I'd be tempted to take the law into my own hands.
But since that would probably land me with a criminal record for assault, I'd definitely phone the police, and not let him get away until they arrive. |

Someone wanked on me. A complete stranger, on my way to work on a packed commuter train.
It was hideous. The train was so busy that I don't think anyone noticed. I reported it to the police who took it really seriously which I was very grateful for.
I was young and it had a huge impact on me. It still does have impact on me.
So in answer to your question I would report it yes.
I'd also walk straight up to them and tell them what I thought and I can assure you it wouldn't be polite.
So if anyone is thinking of doing it, you need to make sure you don't do it near me.
You also need to take a long hard look at yourself because your behaviour is completely disgusting. |
