Walking down the only road I've ever known! |
Well here we are again, its a wet miserable one too.
The weather isn't much better outside.
Painkillers and coffee aren't a good start to the day either.
Think it's about time I had a trip to the docs oh you can't do that these days it's a phone consultation now, how they can examine muscle damage over the phone is beyond me, but heyho. The worst thing about it is, it's my wanking arm too.

PP hope you contact someone about your shoulder pain today.
For me it's back to running after a weeks break. Wish me luck as no doubt this will be a tougher than usual run.
