If your fit a well will you still be swinging or hang your boots up ? Was a thing on Tv couple in there 80s still swinging thay said it helped them keep fit and feeling young at heart .   |

I think swinging as an oap is lot more prolific than you think, when I'm off during the day I see loads of older folk in the park.......... Those that work days dont see the swinging activity and assume they stay indoors watching bargain hunt and jezza!!! Lol |
