So let's have your idea of Sunday roast heaven (meal not spit roast)
As many vegetables, sauces, meat varietys as you want but the more side dishes the smaller the portions.
And just as importantly does it taste better if it's in a pub and you don't have to cook it
Curly wurly for the meal that make my taste buds drool in anticipation |

"Ps is everyone red or white wine with the roast (vegetarian option available) to save me being told off
Red for me "
We don't drink with our meals when a family so it's just iced water for us.

"Good luck with your roast next week, it'll be awesome and don't forget the red wine
Absolutely re the curly wurlys, tried freezing them but nearly broke a tooth !"
See now, I buy a couple of bottles of Cabernet Sauvignon when I have a batch cooking day
Stick yer Curly Wurlys in the fridge, but don't give them to a Scotsman, or he will deep fry them! |

Perfect Sunday roast is
Roast leg of lamb
Roast potatoes
Broccoli cheese (I hate cauli)
Carrots
Butter fried cabbage
Yorkies
Gravy
Rhubarb crumble & thick custard to finish...
The reality is my own dinner is about as big as my 11 year old grandson and I can't eat wheat so no crumble, but the Rhubarb n custard mmm |
