I watched the first and really liked it but I haven’t watched the second series yet because I’m on a Netflix detox after spending sooooooo long watching it during lockdown  |

Yeah it's a good read, the plots are vaguely similar and the characters personalities differ massively in some cases but it's still excellent.
I'm looking forward to the boys s2, Ive powered through the entire comic series since watching s1 and that's the same way, different but still great.

Hugie in the comics was modeled on Simon pegg in spaced and he was originally supposed to play him but it took so long to get the green light for production that Simon pegg got too old and started playing his dad instead. |
