Which is better?
I injured my arm from exercise in the gym and think I have stretched the tendons in the pit of my elbow. So actually straightening out my arm is painful. Have been trying to keep it mobile, but which do you think is better?
Tiger or deep heat?
Damn the pain. |

"Doesn't deep heat come in a bigger container? On that basis I'd use that. Also you might want to think about seeing a physio"
Nah, they will just tell me to keep stretching it to stop it growing shorter and limiting mobility. Which is basically what I’m doing. |
