Tiger balm or deep heat

Which is better?

I injured my arm from exercise in the gym and think I have stretched the tendons in the pit of my elbow. So actually straightening out my arm is painful. Have been trying to keep it mobile, but which do you think is better?

Tiger or deep heat?

Damn the pain.

Doesn't deep heat come in a bigger container? On that basis I'd use that. Also you might want to think about seeing a physio

Tiger balm for me. I find it works better for longer.

Deep heat fizzles out and doesn't last as long

Nah, they will just tell me to keep stretching it to stop it growing shorter and limiting mobility. Which is basically what I’m doing.

Tiger balm is strong stuff, if you use it, make sure you wash your hands extremely well, getting it anywhere near your eyes or genitals will make you cry! Dont ask me how i know!

Can you explain to me what the words 'exercise' and 'gym' mean first then I might be able to answer the question
