My favourite aubergine and tofu chinese hot pot as a main with plain rice.
A side of buffalo cauliflower wings with blue cheese dip.
And for dessert a passionfruit cheese cake please

Ooh this is a tough one!
I'll have poppadoms, but I'm not much of one for starters so I'll have them as my starter.
For my main I'll have peri peri spiced chicken in a creamy sauce with steamed veggies.
And for dessert I'll have a gooey chocolate lava cake.
Just water to wash it all down with I think. Maybe a sugar free Irn Bru if I'm really treating myself. |
