genuinely ive always been interested in it.. ive had previous partners and never been able to get passed 4 fingers.
Is it a case of not everyone can be and that i should accept defeat..
Its probably all down to the fact i watch way to much porn and im just miffed ive not managed it yet. To those ladies who have achieved it.. any tips? Was it easy for hou at first or something you really had to build too? Oh and does it feel as amazing as i think it looks??

I believe being relaxed and highly aroused are the two key ingredients.
I'm such an old hand (pun intended) that my body is well used to it. That first moment the hand slides all the way in, knuckles pressing against clenching walls and a flex of the fingers... oosht. |

It gave me memories of the uncomfortable childbirth ache of being somewhat overstretched, and you wouldnt want a hotel emergency happening as I dont think the hand can be retrieved in a hurry

Not something I’d do with a random. But my partner does it to me, took a while to get to the point he could, but trust is a big issue for me. Lots of lube, being turned on and relaxed is the key x |

Make sure that you are with someone you trust and are relaxed with.
Be patient, have lots of play and arousal before you even begin.
Find a position that you are comfortable in and allows easy access.
Use water based lube and take things in stages.

The filter having flexible hands helps too and make sure you let them know exactly what feels right or wrong for that first time for either of you.

Pretty much the same as anal sex in terms of preparation. In that you are putting something large into something, which while it may be able to accommodate said thing, needs to be prepared.
As with anal building up your ability to take larger and larger things takes time and improves the elasticity of said body part, plenty of lube (fist it lube is good but contains a numbing agent which has two consequences a) you could be experiencing pain without the pain and b) it will numb the sensation somewhat)
My advice for ladies wanted to experience fisting is to get an inflatable dildo and some lube and start with that. With regular use your parts will become more stretchy (yes they “bounce back”) and you can control (through the hand pump) the width of the toy. |

My general advice:
Trimmed and filed nails, no rings or broken skin.
Consider using suitable gloves (latex-free or vinyl).
Lube.
You need to be in the zone so think about the environment, music etc.
Consider massage as a prelude before increasing arousal by external and then internal stimulation.
Take your time.
Remember that not everyone will be able to accommodate a fist.

Relax, make yourself comfortable and maybe lift your bum a little, a pillow maybe. Lots of foreplay and if you squirt, this helps a lot. Make sure their hands are clean and nails trimmed and lots of lube is applied to their hands and yourself. Don't knock it till you've tried it! (I've been recieving for years).
But for your needs, there is an inflatable, vibrating (might as well get two thrills!) Buttplug available quite cheaply. I had a female FB that used to use it vaginally in my absence. Used to think it was just something in porn and had very little success, but met someone really into it and have since fisted a couple more who I couldn’t before, so effectively been trained. I think key isn’t lube at all, or sizes, it’s relaxing and position and then listening and responding. When it happens it’s amazing. Very experienced in both give and receive. So firstly trust trust trust, secondly lube, I've found jlube really slippy and water based it will not ruin your toys either. Third more lube. Fourth yep more lube. Fifth don't rush, as you get turned on take it slow, real slow adds to the intimacy.
