That is the question! Do you put it in cold water and time it from boiling point or straight in boiling water

Eggs should be room temperature and put straight into boiling water... allow 3 mins for a small egg and 4 for a bigun. If you put two eggs in give them an extra 30 seconds

Missin’ Yo’ Kissin’

Poached in sushi rice vinegar or Chinese black vinegar. Briefly to get a white film. Make toast with butter on and drizzle tonkatsu sauce on top.

OR

Fry the egg in butter & organic coconut oil. Till edges crisp and yolk runny. Then make toast as above, drizzle tonkatsu sauce or brown sauce....

I put 2 medium eggs in cold water and time 3 mins from boiling point for dippy eggs...they are perfectly runny and not snotty. I have them with buttered toasteded soldiers. Got to be lurpak salted butter too.
