Mine is to be very active today and to walk 14000 steps. I am about to go out for my 2nd walking session to cover the last 7000 steps and later to do yoga  |

My aim is the same as yours Dana
I just got in from a very wet walk in a crap attempt to burn off the bottle of wine I drank last night
Now I'm home in PJs and aim to do loads of fuck all , hurrah |

And why can’t they send the data correct let without me having to make loads of manual amendments  "
You'll get there, just fire back loads of questions and ask them, surely better than mind reading? |

That's not good. Talk to someone professional if it's really bad. Don't suffer. Plus lots of advice on here on how to pick up your mood. I think we are all up and down at the moment as life is a bit difficult. x |

Done the housework, put out two washing’s, been shopping , made lunch, going to wash the floors and clean the car ,,,oh then I’m going to make a curry for dinner.. my aim is to ward off the wrath of my wonderful wife returning home after a hard days work Finding me sitting on my arse reading a paper and assuming that I’ve done nothing all day . |

Your GP cannot refuse to speak with you. Unfortunately at the moment we have to push to get things done which is hard when you aren't motivated. Please keep trying and be persistent? |

My gp will only take appointments made on the day and after 15mins of them being open all slots are taken up |

Anyone struggling with mental health and struggling to get a GP appointment - please look at charitable helplines like Samaritans, MIND, Papyrus etc. In some areas, you can self refer to counselling services (Google NHS counselling + your local town etc). |
