If you had to choose, would you want 73 elephant sized chickens racing you, or 73 mice sized chickens racing you?

Elephant sized chickens. Simply scaling up the creature would mean bone density too low to support the weight and a cardiovascular system unable to cope with getting oxygen around a creature of that size. It’s legs would snap and it would suffocate before it got over the start line.

But if those 13 can reach you first due to their more efficient aerodynamics, it gives you a fighting chance to beat them off before the others catch up
