Under the Duvet

My table manners seem to have gone out the window with lockdown.

I've just had falafels and a fried egg and realised I've used my fingers more than my cutlery.

Does anyone else eat with their hands?

Maybe this is the new normal. Maybe in 6 months time I'll be living in a cave and grunting.

Ah fuck it, pass me another falafel.

Depends what the food is but eating with hands can be so much easier. Especially picking bits of meat off of a bone...

I do it often with chapati and curies with rice.

Same with there curried lamb and chicken though it does taste better than using metal items.

I also do it with a bowl of frosties cant resist them even without milk on them

A mate used to own a burger van and said a guy used to go there every morning and order a full english breakfast and he didn't use a knife or fork at all, even for the baked beans

No issue with eating with hands , much more civilised, but falafal and fried egg ??! That’s an unforgivable food fusion. I cant even visualise how it looks it’s so bad....

Yes it's ok if you've got some kind of bread to manoeuvre it with.

I've been known to eat dry cereal too

Sorry, not sorry
