All depends on the cost and if you want to be central or not

The grand up by the race course or more central the sandman signature or jury inn be the river.

All depends on price and expectation really

P.O. Box DE1 0NQ

Stay away from the Jawdees!

Go to Newcastle-under-Lyme instead

If you're at Gosforth Park the Grand is probably closest. There's loads and looooads centrally. Hampton by Hilton or Grey Street Hotel are nice and not far from the station x

Come stay at mine as live 5 mins from Gosforth Park (JOKING!!!)

Gosforth Park is about a 10 min taxi ride from Central Newcastle so if you are staying central I would go down to the Quayside and either go cheaper for Premier Inn or Hilton/Malmaison.

Plentiful. Some yes, some no.

Depends on the vibe you want but you will 100% find a pub or two for you.

Maldon

Booking. Com.

I looked the other day for the city centre, some real bargains in great hotels at the moment.

I usually stay at the Jury's Inn when I'm there for work.

Recommend it

I would recommend The New George Hotel on Osborne road in Jesmond.

15 mins on the metro but the area of jesmond is packed with bars, restaurants and late bars.

We found it livelier than both the quayside, haymarket and bigg market.

Just one i'd recommend....

Make sure you book tables in bars even for drinks. We stayed over in Newcastle last night and didn't realise a lot of places arn't even doing walk-ins even for drinks and those that were you had to queue x
