Imagine your off to the pub, or a meal, not work obviously, and you're wearing a nice shirt.
How many buttons do you leave open at the top?
The youngsters do them all, it definitely looks smarter but seems a bit odd without a tie.
Or do you just undo the top one? Doesn't feel as smart.
Or do you undo two? Kind of medallion man-esque. Too much skin?
Even further?

Two usually. I hate having a shirt buttoned to high, feels too restrictive. Even with a tie I always have the top button undone and the tie loosened slightly. |
