Can we talk about Clen on here or is it taboo? I don’t want to breach any rules so if i have then I apologise.

Never taken anything to help in the gym but staring to think about it. All beginner YouTube videos assume you know something like what a cycle is or what product to take to counter the effects of another. It’s all very confusing so thought I’d ask here for anyone’s experience and if Clen is a good fat burner and what i should know before possibly trying it.

Its not illegal to have for personal use.

It's not a good fat burner, minimal results, only worth it if your in single digit body fat and looking to lose the last % here and there and competing at a high level.

Exercise and diet will yield much better results.

Proper clean is a prescription only medication you may struggle to get it legally

Yeah, I wouldn’t bother if I was you, unless you’re competing... and even then really best to find someone who knows EXACTLY what they are doing, who can advise you re dose and cycles if you’re a newbie..

From what I’ve read and been told by a few bodybuilders I know, anavar if you can get it is the best for burning fat and muscle retention and doesn’t require a PCT, like I say I’m working off memory but if I’m right that’s what some of the competition boys use

Still requires PCT, plenty dont bother with it but it still needs it.

It will suppress HPTA/Testisterone production. More importantly it's a 17aa oral so liver protection is required.

Now it's just caffiene with some other herbal stuff, next to useless

Clean is good but gives crazy headaches. Anavar (as mentioned) is very good for anyone starting out. Have a look at stanavar though. Its anavar with a slight edge of winstrol added in. I had more hassle with the PCT afterwards and have done courses without PCT and found it better.

Everybody is different. Listen to your body and take things easy.

Unless you are competing , I find most people at the gym are lazy fat fucks taking things for quick results , but they don’t work like that, most things still require damn hard work, lots of rest / sleep, hydration, low stress, fanatical diet , there’s very few short cuts to reversing years of abusing your body. If you are competing maybe somethings will give you slightly better result if you’re already doing 100% of what you should. ECA stack was just legal whiz and the caffeine is a myth , very little evidence, was just the ephedrine making you want to dance !

Having sad all that as “maturing” man, the anti ageing / peptide area and nootropics interests me a little. I think it’s more an advancement on good nutrition and helps stay sharp and injury / illness free as we age

Yep, you could still buy ECA legally from health food shops in the early 90s. People poping them like smarties on nights out.

I used clean many years ago when I was young naive and getting ready for a lads holiday , the results were outstanding . However Whilst on it the feeing was not good and the drawbacks and after effects were dreadful ! Took a long long time to be back to normal , each to there own but do not recommend especially not for beginners . Work out a diet and training plan that focus’ on weight loss and cutting before taking any kind of PED

Screw getting on stage, I never made it, felt so ill in the last 6 weeks and gave up. Never again.2000 calories a day, 90 minutes cardio a day, 5 x weights a week, nearly killed me

Agreed, seen it go wrong too many times! Shedding so much weight over 8/10 weeks or whatever just isn't healthy. Same concept as fighters slimming down, long term it's bad for the body. Unless you're gonna aim for the 1% (212, Olympia etc) competing is pointless to me. All that hard work for a little trophy and some photos... What class were you going for dude?

90kg classic, was about 11 years ago now. Always wanted to try it, just couldn't stick it the last weeks. Full respect to those who do.
