How could you ruin the noble potato chip by covering it in that milk based gunk known as cheese?!?!?
Now there are many schools of thought on the subject, but it all depends on context lol. Chip shop chips MUST be with mushy peas!!!!

It depends on what kind of chips they are.
Chip shop chips don't go with cheese, so it would be curry sauce with those (but not on them, on the side to dip in).
Thinner, crispier French fry type chips, it's cheese all the way. |
