I'm potentially getting circumcised.
If you've been circumcised as an adult I would like to know your thoughts on how it went.
Ladies feel free to share any thoughts as well.
Thanks |

I know a guy who had it done in his 20s for medical reasons and he said the healing was pretty grim. He said he iced it in the morning as erections pulled at the stitches and hurt. He said after about a week though it wasn't so bad and once fully healed he's really pleased with it and is glad he had it done. |

It was the funniest day ever picking up my ex from his vasectomy procedure. Looking around the ward each male was whiter than the next. Sorry not what you wanted to hear. |

I've just had my vagina sliced open, rearranged and stitched, plus my perineum reconstructed. I'm going to make an assumption that the bits I've had operated on are analogous to the bits you'd be having done, though obviously I don't have a foreskin etc. It's a bit pully on the stitches, it kinda burns, but I'm only using paracetamol and am fine. I obviously don't have erections to deal with.
Depending on the reason for needing it, there are alternatives. Our son successfully avoided circumcision through regular use of steroid cream and manual release. |

That's sounds a lot worse that a circumcision!
Hope you get better soon. |

Well, I had the surgery yesterday afternoon, I stayed one night and home now. Had no paracetamol since lunchtime and feel fine. Managed to do all the th you need to do after such surgery etc. Have two weeks off work then can see if OK to restart from home etc. I shall be perfectly fine |
