I have to use a magnifying mirror and I do most of it from memory ..... the only tip I can give is buy good quality. It's so much easier to apply and lasts. |

1. Make a list of all the jobs you say you can't get done when the children are around.
2. Decide which one is most important and plan how you will get it done.
3. Walk briskly for an hour EVERY morning.
4. Eat a good breakfast when you get back.
5. Listen to music that you want to listen to while you are not being interrupted.
6. Read 20 pages per day.
7. See a friend you haven't seen for such a long time.
8. Phone other friends
9. Order some christmas wrap on amazon.
10. Check all the final things are in place for the kids going back to school.
11. Go to bed early and get some solid sleeep.
12. Organise a little 'missed you' party for their return.
13. File your toenails
14. Get your hair cut.
15. Look up ways of reducing your heating bills.
16. Get some draught excluder for the places that blow icy cold in winter
17. Watch one film per week.
18. Do something nice for someone you know or a stranger at least once a day
19. Stay off here a while.
20. Eat nutritious meals. |

I have a girlfriend but it’s quite obviously open else I wouldn’t be on here.. either way it seems like a lot of hype and not much action. Maybe wrong I don’t know but it seems strange that almost anytime I’m close to meeting anyone it never happens.. frustrating tbh |
