What’s the best animal sound? Either brilliant as a word, or brilliant to actually listen to. What have you heard?

Den of Iniquity

Funny you should ask this because yesterday I sat and watched a Squirrel in a tree whilst it was making a right racket .

It kinda sounded like a wounded bird sound but it was really going for it .

Wether it was a mating call or a warning call to other squirrels saying " theres an annoying human watching me " I dunno.

But to answer your question my favourite animal noise has to be the sound of my dog sleeping x

La la land

Roar like Katy Perry's song

"Cause I am a champion, and you're gonna hear me roar

Louder, louder than a lion"

.

A fox laughing. Bonus points if it's a cub giggling away.

The deep purring sound a satisfied cat makes in her sleep. Hardly audible, but very relaxing

Growl. It's a fun word to say, but it's also a good noise - it can convey so much meaning and can be an incredibly powerful sound.
