Bore da dear friends Fabbers and Forumites.
Oh my what a beautiful day .
Even better i am off, hurrah and wave flags and bunting .  .
My bike is all cleaned , oiled ans in tip top condidtion for a whizz about.
It feels so invigorating to feel the warm sun kiss ypur skin . Makes a chap feel jolly to be alive.
So chums lets get this weekend off on a positive note . Heaven knows we have all been through so much in the last 5 months .
Set yourself an achievable goal that makes you smile .
For me its just being out on my bike . Im a super smilie curteous cyclist . With a tinkle of my bell and cheery hello .

Morning Taff x
Its back down the beach tonight for yoga, need to spend some time stretching getting my body back used to it, especially in the now reasonable temperatures before we start classes again in September |

ive just taken up yoga its very bendy but so relaxing |
