I was just thinking/remembering back when I was younger 17/18/19 I was terrified of getting naked and in changing rooms, showers etc in front over guys. Or even terrified of the thought of a dr needing to look down for example. And yet now I have no problem what so ever been naked in front of others and wouldn't even be a second thought. Strange how things can change so much with time. Not even sure why I've changed. |

Confidence with age. I used to hate communal changing rooms but 4 years on the fet scene changed that... nobody really gives a monkey, ya just don't realize it when yer young  |

never been a problem, remember jumping on a bike one night and taking a wee ride round the street just for a laugh in the nude to get our wee group a laugh, the stories get better when iv had a few drinks tho  |

We both love to be naked, and it doesn't always have ro be sexual. We love nudist beaches it just feels great to be outside without your clothes.
We go to holland quite a bit and love to have a proper sauna. everyone is naked and no one cares its so relaxed. there is just nothing like that here. |

I used to hate it too but over it now, I'm always naked in the house! But now my little boy is getting a little older (almost 4) I guess I should start wearing clothes for his sake 
I used to hate my stretch marks on my tummy but I saw a fantastic picture of a lady covered in them and someone had written across it 'this tiger earned her stripes' made me smile and see myself in a new light!  |

i go to dw for a swim in shower room there is 4 or 5 shower in cubicals and a row of showers down one wall , almost with out fail anyone under 30 gets showered in private cubical men over 40 in open showers

I remember the first time I ever went to Kestrals I was a nervous wreak , wouldnt take my towel off and if I went to pool my then Husband had to walk with me take the towel as I got in and then get me towel to get out. Now I dont care and it amazing. I even went to a nudist beach last year and the only time I felt uncomfortable was when I was getting dressed and this fully dressed guy came over who was walking his dog and clearly there just to perv. |

For me, I prefer wearing lingerie as I can cover the bits I don't like and show the bits off that I do.

I just feel like mutton dressed as lamb and not sexy at all so naked is best for me everything is on show and don't have to worry if anything slips. |
