I'd say for me, success is being able to provide the people I love with happiness, love and support. If I die and I have had a positive impact on other people and lived my life the best way I can with so many happy memories then I'm successful. |

"People often always ask me this and I feel it's a very very broad question so just curious as to what other people think "
Success is Owning a beige futon, you can layback and remember how far you’ve come. |

Heaven only knows. I'd like to think I'm successful professionally because students want to keep in touch and let me know about the careers they forge on the back of their studies with us. I get lovely cards from them etc.
Personally - just having happy, healthy kids who are themselves successful etc is enough to make me feel I've succeeded in life. |

surviving another day and waking up the next.
I think in so many ways we are made to feel failures for not feeling/looking a certain way or for not achieving the things we may want or that others want for us, for not being "successful"
Fuck that shit.
Putting my head on my pillow at night means I successfully made it through another day, and that is enough pressure for me! |

"I used to think it was defined by material things (house, car, etc) but success if finding happiness in life, thats the real goal "
This ^
Takes time to figure that out though. Think you have to walk that path to realise this.
