Usually a t-shirt. And my boxers.
If I don't sleep with the t-shirt I tend to wake up a bit chilly at 5 or 6.
Though I didn't wear one last night and have been bitten all over my shoulders and back! |

Found him in the morning, squashed him in a toilet roll to see if he was the culprit, full of red blood so I'll hopefully be safe tonight!  |

Naked with no quilt..Im used to sleeping with fresh air touching and breezing about my body..anything other than that and I struggle. I slept rough for quite a time. |

I've suffered night sweats on and off since my early 20's and my then doctor dismissed me as maybe having nightmares, so I have never bothered pursuing it with anyone else even though some of my family suffer as well, so in answer, I used to go to bed naked but I now wear a t-shirt and knickers just in case |
