Pretty unhappy right now.. For someone who was an Athlete for many years it's rubbish... But finally off my arse and taking a few baby steps in the right direction. Just things take a shit load longer now. |

Quite right, I am guilty as charged. I don’t mean to exclude anyone. People can join in with either thread and add any caveats they feel they want to add.

Some parts in happy enough with, legs shoulders
Some parts not so much, torso in general
But I'm trying to do something about it if my back holds up |

Well, it is the only one I have so I need to accept it.
If I could change things, I would love to be taller and have more hair.
I am also working on getting rid of the pandemic pounds, but this will take a while I am afraid. |

Abit unhappy at the minute as I'm struggling to get motivated to train again aftering being out for a long time with my knee(mcl) and various other things going on in the personal life at the minute |

Nearly 40 and happier with my body than I have ever been. A couple of years ago I started training and have put in blood sweat and tears to it.
I love the results and being in better shape than most guys half my age. Probably going to try and make a business of it in the next couple of years, teaching and training middle aged guys how to obtain the body they always wanted.
Dont get me wrong, theres still bits of my body I hate and I love my junk food so I can never maintain a low body fat all year round.

Pretty happy, 38 years old and in good shape. Haven't lost much over lockdown due to training at home and got back in the gym this week (JESUS THE DOMS TODAY!!), hope to maintain the same physique for a long time yet! |

Short answer would be not very. Though it's the one Ive got so it'll do for now. I could do with working out to lose the stomach really. Also got an awful face, and I don't particularly enjoy being not exactly tall which doesn't help much.
But can't change most of it so not really worrying about it and getting on with the rest of life. |

Me is in reasonable health, which is the most important thing. We work hard maintaining our bodies with diet and exercise.
Mr(me) is a former fat guy, turned gym Bod.
It took some mental adjustment after getting into shape, but I'm happier now than I have ever been, and getting a gym Bod played a huge role in this. |

ill be a lot happier once ive had a couple of operations.
now ive retired all the years of motorbike riding have taken a toll and its only when you stop and stop all the hard training thats needed your body tells you it needs to be repaired.
so hopefully september or october time i'll be going under the knife and be about 1 week unable to walk and a total of 2 months resting.
then if successful i can start walking and lightly lifting weights. |

Not happy but not dissatisfied.
Working on some parts then I'd be, in my opinion, perfect (bodily speaking)
I think more men should take into account their body morphology before envying the body of others. |

I have skinny legs, and a tight, tiny bum, with a bit extra around the middle. I also have moobs, with a hairy chest. I'am totally happy with my body and if anyone isn't happy with the way I look.. that is not my problem
After all isn't it the way you carry yourself in life that makes the man?? |

Belly. On the one hand I’d like to be a little more toned, with some definition, but on the other I like food, and enjoying myself. I don’t feel held back by it though, and have made a conscious effort over the last year to appreciate the qualities I do have, rather than focus on my self perceived faults. |

I'm more than happy rocking my dad bod most of the time until it comes to walking around in lingerie and then id like a flatter stomach and to lose my double chin, the chin is hereditary though so thats going nowhere.
I wish my legs were as toned as they used to be but age and a lack of cycling now has left them as they are.
Generally happy with what I have though |

Not very. I started doing something about it in January but the world stopped for five months and now I'm back where I started.
I'll get back there eventually. |

If it helps, I regained strength I worked for months for in about two weeks! It's pretty remarkable really. First workout was awful then I was shocked by how much easier it was even the second time I went. |

I've accepted my body, exactly at an age where things are showing signs of going wrong. But the bits probably most relevant to here I am very happy with, and have always had complementary remarks, especially the person who blew me last night |

Personally happy with my body bit of a dad body but the only thing I would change is to slim down the belly tone up a little bit and slim my thighs down then I’m happy |

Pretty unhappy to be totally honest. I was normally very slim and fit and what not. But just really struggling to get motivation to get back to my orginal fitness level at the moment. |

Happy and seeing gradual improvement. Doing something is better than doing nothing. Only problem is my skin tone. Far too pale. Don't know if I should book a sunbed or buy a fake tan. Might experiment.
