Quite near Bath usually

Dad bods... a lot of ladies on their profile express a desire for 'dad bods'...

As I'm not a dad... can someone please enlighten me as to what this means please?

A body that's a bit... softer? Not as toned and muscular. Lived in. I guess the stereotype* of a dad who enjoys his food and his exercise is playing with his kids.
