Gawd bad enough it was 03.30 during the full moon but its now settled down again...to 4am wake up! and by 5am Im bored and coffee drinking. You d think with one foot in the darned grave, according to many younger beings, that I d have cracked this sleep issue, but no, typically cockwombled it. So who else struggles with that elusive bugger, sleep? |

Me!male half here,I sleep about 6 hours a night ,so depending on how tired/ early I go to bed,I can be awake From 3 o clock onwards, although half 4 is the average waking time.Tbh though I don't think I'm 'programmed' to sleep much though, I've literally never slept well even as a child |

Been a terrible sleeper since I was a child, sleep never comes easy to me, and I wake up very easily. I'm always awake in the wee early hours, some days I can barely function with tiredness. Sometimes dunno how I'm even alive between that and my hatred of drinking water.

Same applies...in my younger years Id sleep 3 maybe 4 hours every night for about 6 weeks then I d crash n burn..sleep for literally a day then back to the 6 week cycle...its changed a lot...but not a lot |

Allow Dr J to interject with some advise on sleep or the lack of it...
High caffeine content will always contribute so less tea coffee and energy drinks later thru the day. Anxiety stress and anticipation can keep the mind racing so log off fab ( I know is fun faboids ) but set a limit and forget about that elusive message from that sexy someone and get that rest.
Health - our body repair and relax during sleep helping our immune system and general state of mind so a good 8 hours is really doing wonders for your mind body and sex life!
Just some basics there my lovlies |

Hey thanks but Im not often online especially once at work from 8 and I only have coffee first thing..I guess with me because I often finish work late and Im out in all weathers, well put it this way light and fresh cool air wakes me so Im kind of stuffed. I ve always been full of energy and so long as energy flows in me Im awake. As for my immunity I dont have a doctor and haven t had a need for one in decades...last time I was ill, including colds and coughs etc was...well I had appendicitus at 5 yr old. But then Im always working in mud and animal crap etc so I expect my immunity system is constantly working.
But the advice is very much appreciated |
