Do you think all who attend any swing clubs should be made strip to their underwear, as a lot make a effort to dress up for the evening and some seem to think it’s just a quick chance to try and shag or what ever they can get. Where if compulsory to strip, they might be more lucky. Mainly men I am referring to |

I think everyone should be made to wear a Hazmat suit at all times whether they're at a club or not. But there is a chance that people might agree with me less than the OP |

So you never go to a gig or a concert or the theatre as they have bouncers ? |

So you never go to a gig or a concert or the theatre as they have bouncers ?"
That's a good point, I do go to gigs so it's pubs that have bouncers I have problems with |

I made an effort to dress smartly when I spent two nights at Chams with a lady off here, I spent most of the weekend walking round in a towel.....  |

I’m talking about swing clubs, to me everyone dresses down or given a towel, simple as.
Respect is a must for everyone, when we go that’s were we feel let down on in clubs,
I remember going to my first club many years ago, quite young and it was a fetish club, nervous as hell, I was dressed in Black and the crew knew I wasn’t a Dom, I got away with it on the night, next time I brought a leather Studded thong, crew told me with 10 mins of been there, if I don’t strip down get out. I stripped down, felt great, but nervous I might meet someone I knew . But felt great and encouraged me to more clubs and great new friends, that was the difference of casual and stripping off, got me to chat to A lot more people |

Omg i don't think I'd have the courage to be walking around with my bits hanging out of my undies chatting with people I'm just meeting... I'd feel very exposed  |

I have never been to a club where this isn't the rule, unless it is a dress down on arrival club. |

Or you could go to clubs that are dress down only and others can go to ones that aren’t
And not dress down clubs are not casual, they are somewhere to get dressed up. |

Nope. I prefer dressed clubs, I think a bunch of guys walking around in their pants or a towel looks a bit scrappy. Also, after a long week in dirty work gear it's nice to put on some nice clothes and decent aftershave.

I recently took a newcomer lady friend to a club. I'd explained before the options. She caught me unawares by instantly getting down to her underwear(despite the option of a towel) and spent the rest of the evening with her boobs on show to all!  |

Don’t get me wrong, its nice seen people making a effort to get dressed up, but some guys take the biscuit in a nutshell. Falling in from the pub thinking he has every right. That’s really my point. As clubs are not on every corner. Just enforce single men behaviour and attire. |

Depends what you mean by dress down?
I'm not a suit and tie guy but I would wear jeans/linen trousers, linen shirt and boots/shoes, be clean shaven and had a shower/washed my hair. |

A lot of people go to clubs just to socialise, personally I wouldn't be comfortable standing at a bar in my underwear.
But I go to play and always dress appropriately. |

It's actually a pretty standard way of running a club that isn't entirely dress down. And you do go at your own pace. If you don't want to dress down, you keep your clothes on and stay out of the play rooms |

that's me ruled out then if I'm on my period coz I ain't walking round showing my always wings off.
Not everyone wants to get down n dirty when they go to a club, sometimes I go simply as a safe place to go on my own to socialise and have a dance.

Only been to 3 clubs and they was all none dress down type clubs, I go to socialise and if I want to play I will remove my clothes when required in the play areas, I wouldn’t go to a club that you have to dress down straight away |

Isn't the issue really about what constitutes casual. I'd never wear a suit or anything achingly formal, it all smacks of golf clubs and the 70s. Unless casual these days means clean? And if so it's sad that people need to be told that. |
