Work then pretend gym* with a work colleague before real gym with my trainer..... I hope we're not doing front squats again 
*it's a real gym but ill just do light stuff while cheering her on and making her do more as I'll do my workout later tonight. She just likes me being there for moral support. |

Still tired from Saturdays antics.
House needs blitzed today, as a member of the house hold decided to make slime, yes slime, at half 3 in morning, using shaving foam, colouring and some "slime" making kit. All over cupboards, floor, mushed into carpet and rug.
