Of course pineappple on a pizza. A Hawaiian, obviously, not just a random pineapple on some random pizza.
I know there are lots of people who use bareback threads as a measure of who to block, but surely this is the real test of who to block. No pineapple? Insta-block. I mean, everyone is entitled to their opinion, but that doesn't stop them being wrong... |

I can appreciate some people enjoying it but also find it weird. There is some pleasure from it but it's not my fav to mix fruit with savoury. Like sultanas or dates or something with curry or rice, or pineapple with sweet and sour stuff. Actually, I am so hungry now I would absolutely say yes to pineapple with anything right now. |

Pineapple is really good to combat colds and throat infections.
There are natural enzymes and proteins in the fruit which can neutralise the bugs in colds and sore throats. Far better than medicines, and GP's recommend eating it. |

I was reading about pineapples recently (too much lockdown time on my hands , yes), and in England they were seen as a status symbol. Rich people would buy a (very expensive imported) pineapple and bring it out and put it on display for guests to marvel at.
They very rarely ate them.

Definitely no pineapple on a pizza, absolutely not. Have ham and mushroom. Then grill/bbq pineapple with a bit of cinnamon. some yoghurt and you got a nice dessert instead |

They are roundish and a little spiky, they will hurt if thrown at you from a distance or you got clobbered around the head by one.
Not saying I have done this but I should think it would hurt |

Well, if you had enough money to grow your own pineapples (ie gardeners, hothouse, fuel to heat etc etc)then that was like the absolute zenith of pineapple aspiration.
To think you can buy one in the shops now for about 99p.
(Yes, I need to get out more!)
