Some threads you wish would disappear when two forum users are having a debate (argument) between themselves. But often one can’t leave it alone

Not a sense of duty but sometimes (what I think are) really good threads get missed because of the time posted and I reply because I'm interested.
I do cringe a bit when I see the pity bump - the person doesn't have any interest and then that thread disappears quickly again, never to resurface. |

If I haven't been on for a few hours I'll have a look at page 2 and see if there's anything I've missed.

Always! I wouldn't let it get near the bottom either. Everyone has to start out somewhere and some of those I've encouraged in the past write the best threads nowadays so it's win win, innit.....   |
