Dance saved my ass, it keeps me off meds. If I feel an episode in the making or someone senses an episode then on goes the music and away I go into a world where Im free to explore and process those feelings no matter how they appear. I ve danced with tears upon my face but I ve finished that dance with a new rhythm to my heart, a beat to touch the soul and heal. Have you tried dance as a therapy, as a way to bring you up out of a dark hole?

I love to dance, life is so much poorer without it.

I missed your posts .

I love dancing, and singing has the same effect.

I walk the dog in the woods too.

Music has been with mankind for many moons and in many cultures music and dance is a communication..two African tribes can meet and if their spoken word is different they can communicate through dance..similar to gang style dance offs. Im lucky in that I dance solo as well as partnered..I ve danced on rainy days and storm thrashed nights, alone but not lonely
